Title: Great Mic and Unbeliveable Battery Life
Review: I purchase these mainly for long battery life and quality microphone and it hasnt dissapointed. One thing for sure they very rarely fall off from around the neck due to the weight , which isnt a heavy feeling. They are great for active listening. When using for music it does the job. But the microphone works great for phone calls, the listener can hear loud and clear. Its crazy how long the battery last, Im use to charging my others a couple times a day. This set has held a charge for days. For the cost these wont dissapoint. Ive used thes every day since i purchased, It pairs with my android phone easily with very good bluetooth range.

Title: They Fixed WARRANTY CONTACT Issue!
Review: STAR-SCORE UPDATE 6/20/25:Please feel free to read the lengthy set of issues pertaining primarily to conflicting “product facts“ printed by H-Music both on the Amazon website as well as on the earbud packaging itself… Versus what the true details are found inside the packaging within the “user manual“.This update will see me raise the rating for this company known on Amazon as ”H-Music” (and its earbuds). The original score earned was only 1/5 stars and again you can read the original description below for the detail details.I am raising that to 4/5 stars because once Amazon got involved with this small dispute, the company H-Music has made sincere efforts to improve the information (or lack thereof) in their user manual for my model H25.Specifically, the original user directions stated that the earbuds I purchased had 100 hours of “usage time“… Which seems like a lot… Until you read their outer package or the Amazon website where it states in big bold letters “200 hours of usage time“! I felt I needed to speak up on behalf of the other customers who may not always read every detail listed in the spec sheet of a user manual… But a decrease of 50% of usage time seemed important.An even potentially bigger issue was the fact that on the Amazon website again, as well as within the product user manual, the WARRANTY section stated that this product has a 1 year warranty, which is rather standard.Unfortunately, there was literally no contact information ANYWHERE on the box, on the Amazon website, or within the user manual to state how one would contact this COMPANY WHICH US BASED IN CHINA.I personally have no issues with purchasing products that were made in China… As long as there is supporting information on how one will gain warranty or repairs, if something occurs during the one year warranty.Originally , there was no website listed… There was no phone number listed… There was no email listed… There was no social media location listed. NOTHING!Now the potentially good news is this… H-Music responded to my concerns and told me that “somehow” I got a set of outdated user manual directions and that their product now does truly have 200 hours of usage time so they sent me an updated set of directions via email. Just as importantly, this new set of directions now includes an email reference as well as a website reference in the event of a potential WARRANTY ISSUE.Here’s still the potential BAD NEWS… I then visited their site and tried to follow the directions to look over their “warranty procedures”… And their website is disorganized with many things out of sequential order where they are numbering things and it goes from like one, three, two, four??And within their “warranty/refund requirements” they state that” all returns must be submitted in original packaging”… Which you and I know is absolutely ridiculous to expect any customer to hold onto their “boxes and bags” for 12 months!Most reputable companies merely require that you submit your Amazon order number and print out proof of how much you paid for it.One last potential piece of bad news… While they did send me a singular digital update to reflect the erroneous or missing information regarding warranties and usage time, as of June 20, 2025 THEIR WEBSITE STILL DOES NOT REFLECT THE CHANGES MADE IN THE SINGULAR UPDATE SENT TO ME.I went to the section where you can get manuals and I looked up my product and it is still the same OLD/MISSING WARRANTY CONTACT information as it was when I first lodged my complaint.Time will tell whether H-Music recovers from this disorganization and updates the website user manuals accordingly… So until that time I cannot in good faith as a teacher of engineering for 32 years give them a score higher than 3/5 stars … although they may be worthy of a higher score presuming they update their website no later than the end of June of 2025.ORIGINAL CONCERNS LODGED WITH AMAZON & H-Music:I recently got burned on a differentbranded pair of around the neck earbuds purchased on Amazon when a previous unit failed that was supposed to have a one year warranty and when I went back to look how to get warranty service, there was no phone number, no website, no email to get warranty service from this Chinese manufacturer.I thought “live and learn “because Amazon 100% refused to “back” the product that they are advertising as having a one-year warranty because it occurred outside the one month return policy.So I needed another pair so I got a different brand figuring “that will never happen again”. WRONG!This H music branded product has numerous LIES within the Amazon description and even on the product box. On the product box, you will see through the photos that I and other people have shared brags of “at least 200 hours of usage time”…But as my photo of the user manual will indicate … as well as photos of others … my directions inside say it only has 100 hours… Which would still be a lot… But can you really trust that it’s going to give you 100 hours of payback when I’m there box they’re lying and saying it’s double that??I also took a photo of the page where it talks about warranty and you will see that there’s no phone number, no website, no email to reach this Chinese manufacturer to get any sort of a warranty … not even a 30 day!You should seriously consider buying a “namebrand “perhaps like Sony because this is the second different manufacturer selling on Amazon… And Amazon literally could not care less as I told you I’ve reported the first set and they don’t even respond back to you. They just say “contact the seller“ so the best you can do is down rate the seller. The stupid “Rufus“ AI tells you to contact the manufacturer. I encourage you to type in “what is the phone number or website address to obtain warranty service for any set of earbuds you’re planning on spending $30 or more on. I wish you better listening luck than we have had as Amazon continues to standby with “deaf ears” despite the evidence that other customers have posted showing the contradiction in playtime as well as war warranty issues.

Review: Great headphones for a great price. The battery life is incredible, it last for days without charging it. The sound quality is great, I mostly use it for podcasts. The key thing for me was functionality as I take and remove my headphones a lot. There’s also a microphone which I haven’t tested yet, but it’s great thing to have.

Review: Over all I’d have to rate these a 3.5 out of 5. Battery life is exceptional, can’t deny that. They are fairly comfortable, a little heavy. Wires get a little annoying while they rub against my face. Sound quality is their downfall. However they are fairly comfortable considering the price. The bass is somewhat there. The mids are very muddy and the highs are nonexistent. Reminds me of a vintage radio or listening to headphones at high elevations with plugged ears. Like I said. OK for the price
