Title: Finally, a good pair of open ear headphones!
Review: I tried three different types of ear buds before I found these Tozo open ear headphones. I love them! The sound quality is excellent, they hold a charge for a sufficient amount of time, and they’re comfortable to wear. They stay on my ears much better than traditional ear buds and they don’t hurt!I was concerned about how difficult it might be to get the connectivity and pairing with my phone based on experience with other brands, but these paired easily, and they were already charged when they arrived so I could listen to my music almost immediately. The fit is so comfortable. The sound quality so good.You can skip tracks and turn on and off by tapping. It took a little practice to get the taps right but now it’s effortless. The wireless functionality works great. I ordered mine in black and I’m happy with that choice.My understanding is that they are waterproof, which is a plus if I’m walking and caught in a rainstorm. I have not tested them in that respect yet.

Title: Amazing value
Review: I hate having anything jammed into my ear canals. I also dislike earbuds that fall out of my ears too easily, and I like being aware of the world around me. Screw “immersiveness,” lol. So this design works really well for me. The buds stay in place solidly and they’re so comfortable that, when the sound is off, I often forget they’re there. It’s such a convenience that I’m surprised engineers and designers only came up with this form factor recently.The sound? 90% of my listening is of podcasts, audiobooks and YouTube videos, and the sound quality is great for all those. When I do listen to music … Well, I wouldn’t use these to pay scholarly, rapt attention to a long Wagner opera, but they’re fine for most music, especially anything you’re listening to fairly casually. A little metallic, though not offensively so, and bass-heads won’t be happy, but I’m not someone who wants my skull being used as a big bass drum, so I’m happy. A tiny amount of sound bleeds into the space around you, but I don’t listen at super-loud volumes, so nobody has ever been fussed by it.I control my audio from my device, so I’ve got nothing to say about tap controls and such.One failing: These buds don’t automatically find and connect with the device you’re currently using, so I often have to go disconnect from (for example) my iPad in order to be able to connect them to my iPhone. Ultra-minor hassle.I’ve had these for three months and am very happy with them. Good job, Tozo.

Title: Great earbuds for people on the move
Review: VERY comfortable to wear. Good sound quality. Long battery life. Plus I am often wearing 1 at a time so they last even longer. fit well around the side of my ear and doesn’t pinch or feel like it will fall off. Didn’t fall off during gym workouts. Nice size to keep in my purse or pocket. And they have it in pink which means that it is easy to tell which earbuds are mine.

Title: Definitely recommended despite malfunction swiftly resolved by great customer support
Review: So, I don’t usually write reviews but I thought it was warranted in this case. I purchased these buds in the middle of December 2024 and at the same time I had purchased one other brand of open-ear buds and one standard set of in-ear buds. Out of the three I really enjoyed these the most because they were super comfortable and my use case requires me to be able to hear my surroundings perfectly for safety reasons. These were also the louder/easier to hear of the two open ear options, the in-ear option had an audio passthrough function but it had a muted/artificial quality to the passthrough audio which for me was unpleasant and of course I don’t like bud ear sweat after 8+ hours of wearing a pair of buds so these were seriously the best option for my use case. Around the middle of April of 2025, about four months later, I was wearing the buds listening to a book and I noticed the left bud started cutting out. At first any number of possible issues came to mind, did it slip out of my ear? Software glitch? My Bluetooth cutting out? Well it wasn’t any of those, as I messed around with it I realized that if you squeezed the stem that connects the back and front of the bud it will cut in and out very consistently so my assumption is that one of the wires internally had become partially separated or damaged. If anyone remembers how wired headphone connections would degrade over time but you could stretch that last bit of life out of them by taping the wire down near the aux plug yeah imagine that but now it’s a tiny device the sits in your ear so no taping is possible this time. To get to the point I contacted Tozo through their app support and then finished speaking with them through email support, I explained when I purchased the item and what was going on with it and the troubleshooting steps I had personally taken to verify they were actually defective, they proceeded to request the order number and a video of the issue if I could manage it. Thankfully my phones microphone was able to pick up the audio from the bud when audio was cranked to max and the equalizer was cranked as well. Sent the requested information, rather late I might add (around 6:30pm CST), and they promptly responded the next morning (just after 6am CST) and requested my address so they could send a replacement as soon as possible. Sent that and received a response that it would be shipping and on its way soon. The bottom line that I’m getting too and why I gave it four stars even though I had issues is I really do like the product and the companies support was quick to rectify the situation and were extremely cordial it certainly wasn’t like some companies I’ve dealt with where replacing a defective item or doing an RMA/Warranty claim is like pulling teeth. There was no asking me to do fifteen different tests and troubleshooting steps that I had already done simply them apologizing for the inconvenience and replacing the defective device, simple, they even said to keep the old devices and don’t worry about sending them in so as not to inconvenience me any further. Honestly I would’ve been happy to send them in for an engineering to inspect so as to figure out and and correct the root cause of the malfunction to make sure it’s not a bigger/more prevalent issue ,I suppose it’s possible that this is just a super common issue and they’ve had to do a large amount of replacements already but I would assume if it was that bad they would’ve recalled the affected units and fixed the issue or at the very least released a V2. To wrap up I’ll reiterate, I’m very happy with these buds just wish the first pair had survived longer, hopefully the next ones will last much longer. I’ll be sure to come back to update ever few months if I have any issues and if these last through the next 6 months I’m willing to come back to update to a five star as that’s what they deserve despite a few desired improvements and had they not malfunctioned. My personal wishlist of improvement points I would give to Tozo if they’re developing a V2 of these is to try to get them just a bit louder at standard equalizer settings, perhaps adjust the process or type of touch input for the controls because I had to turn off all gesture controls because often when I would turn my head behind me for an extended period my neck/ear was pressing the touch control. Last but most importantly if possible an improvement to battery life of just an hour or two would make these even more perfect than they already are since as is on adjusted EQ settings at max volume they only last about 7-7.5 hours for audiobooks depending on how often you pause. I have a feeling music at max would last maybe slightly less time as audiobooks on average aren’t very loud to begin with but I usually use a speaker if I’m listening to music so I haven’t tried it yet but as an aside the Tozo PE1 portable speaker pairs well as a companion piece especially if like me you need music for at least a couple of hours of your day and you’d prefer to hear that outside of buds like me.Since Amazon list ideas/suggestions for my review I’ll humor them, they’re black in color, the size fits me very well and is very comfortable, the volume controls aren’t the best and needed to be disabled, I like the battery percentage display on the case, as for value for money, these are the best I’ve tried in this price range and the reason I picked them was because several YouTube reviews also spoke highly of them for this price to quality ratio and while I haven’t tried any of the premium or super-premium options I’d guess that these punch at the very least slightly above their price class. Will I ever try $150-$300 open ear buds? Probably not. But even if I did I think in the current economy I’d be mad at myself for even considering spending 10x the cost of these because of curiosity. That’s just a bad investment no matter how you look at it.

Review: I have bought and tried so many brands and types of ear buds, expensive brands and cheap ones, this one is the best one so far. Light and comfortable, the sound quality is impressive for the price I paid. It also got very cute pink colour.My ears are small and also sensitive. Wearring plugging in ear buds would left me with ear infection if I wear those for a long time. However the clip on ear buds are such good inventions and friendly to my ears. I had no ear infection issues after I used those. And thanks to the light weight, even if I wear them for a long time my ears won’t hurt. They are also not easy to fall out. Good for exercise.I highly recommend others to try!

Review: I migliori auricolari che io abbia mai provato. In questa fascia di prezzo non ho mai trovato di meglio. Gli unici che non danno fastidio alle orecchie, qualità audio per la musica soddisfacente, carica che dura una eternità. Ovviamente se sei in autobus, vista la caratteristica Open Ear, devi alzare parecchio il volume. All’esterno sono perfetti e come già molti hanno scritto, non isolano e puoi concentrarti sui rumori circostanti nel caso ce ne fosse bisogno. C’è pure un’app che si può scaricare e si possono fare molte cose: aggiornare il firmware, creare o usare un’impostazione dell’equalizzatore a seconda dell’utilizzo degli auricolari. Perché 3 stelle allora? Dopo 1 settimana, 10 giorni circa, l’auricolare sinistro non si è più caricato e il case non segna nemmeno il grafico della ricarica. Ho contattato il servizio clienti di TOZO e dopo qualche minuto mi hanno fatto fare 3 tentativi differenti per cercare di risolvere il problema. Purtroppo nessuno dei 3 ha funzionato. Ho letto altre varie recensioni e quelle negative riportano sempre e solo lo stesso problema che ho avuto io. Le recensioni negative sono davvero la minoranza ma è curioso il ripetersi dello stesso difetto. Alla fine le ho restituite ad Amazon ma ho dato fiducia a TOZO e le ho riacquistate sperando di non essere fra quei pochi (rispetto ai clienti entusiasti) che hanno riscontrato quanto sopra. Mi riserverò di modificare questa recensione dopo aver testato questo mio secondo acquisto. Edit: Secondo acquisto andato bene. Confermo tutte le ottime impressioni. Spero che queste TOZO durino un bel po’ perché sono davvero ottime. Ogni tanto quando le ripongo nel case una delle due sembra non segnare la carica ma togliendola e rimettendola va a posto. PS: bianche sono decisamente più belle!
