Title: Finally found the best headset!
Review: I love this headset! I work from home and a great headset is very important.I have tried so many different ones over the years and none have worked for me. This one was easy to connect, I absolutely love the one ear and the cushion it has! It made it through my entire shift, never randomly disconnected. The sound on both ends were amazing! Very clear, no static, it actually does cancel out other noise so the other person can’t hear your background. I think my favorite part is the mute part of simply putting the mic up. It let you know when you were muted and unmutes cause it would say, “mic muted” or “mix unmuted”. It’s really comfy and it’s not heavy and very fast charging. I would honestly buy it again and will surely be recommending this one to coworkers.

Title: Works great for call center work
Review: It’s a great headset. I work in a call center and got tired of the wired set they gave us catching on everything, getting tangled etc. This was an awesome fix. The battery life can last an eight hour shift, the sound quality is good. I can hear the customers and they can hear me.

Title: Waste of Money – Dies with no warning within 2 hours and unable to see battery percentage
Review: I purchased this on October 10 and tried giving it a chance, but I will be sending it back on October 23.I would give zero if I could.First of all, you can’t find the battery life like with other devices, or see the battery percentage. Once it dies, it doesn’t send any warning of low battery before shutting down. I got these for work, and I usually have 5 to 7-hour shifts. Outside of that, the headphones stay on the charger base. Once I start my shift, I have a maximum of 2 hours before they die. Granted, it speaks in your ear to let you know when the mic is muted or unmuted, but it is a missed opportunity to alert the user when the battery is low. Instead, you get nothing until you realize, in my case, I missed a phone call and then found out the headphones had died. But two hours max on battery life is a joke.The sound quality is horrible; it sounds like you’re far away. To get good sound, you need to push the mic very close to your mouth, almost touching your lips.

Review: ***Update***Customer service reached out and confirmed I received a defective unit. They promptly shipped a replacement and I am beyond THRILLED to report this one works beautifully 😍 No interference reported on any of my calls thus far, long-lasting charge for a full 8 hr shift of back-to-back calls. This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for!!! I can now walk around and still take my calls. Fantastic clarity and muting option works as advertised. Prompts to the seller for resolving my issue! Now I don’t need to waste more time searching for a new headset that meets all my needs. Guys! This! Is! It!!!Original postThis headset was a true disaster. First the pros: more comfortable than my corded set, I can hear calls well on my end and actually supports multiple device connectivity. My work consists of being on calls almost the full 8hr work day. My calls are monitored and reviewed for quality purposes at all times. I bought this headset after reading the many positive reviews on this set and on the older version (double ear cup) design. Didn’t think it would cost me my rating. Well… there wasn’t a single call I made while using this device when a patient, adjustor or provider didn’t mention that I sounded far away or muffled. The interference with this headset has been so consistently awful I had to remove it mid shift and go back to my corded set. Troubleshooting and all, it never once made it through a call without a negative remark from the person on the other end of the line.
