Title: Quality headphones at this price point with responsive customer support
Review: Some months ago, prior to travelling on a long flight to Europe, I decided to purchase a newer pair of headphones. They worked very well prior to and during the flights. I was highly-satisfied. Then, after about 32 days of ownership, they started to have a static sound while listening to them. I contacted their customer service department. They were extremely responsive and after recommending I attempt some troubleshooting steps that were not successful, they shipped me a new pair of headphones; “no questions asked.” They did not want me to return the defected set of headphones. These replacement headphones have worked perfectly. I am impressed with the quality of the noise cancelling program. You have 3 choices for the settings. On the plane, they reduced the loud engine noise by about 75%. This is excellent for a set of headphones in this price range. The app that is utilized for these headphones, is excellent. It allows you to select from more than 20 listening modes. You can readily hear the difference between each setting and you can change it based on the type of music you are listening to. For a set of headphones in this very affordable price point, these headphones offer solid quality of sound. It is easy to adjust the volume. I have had no issues related to connecting the headphones to bluetooth. In conclusion, I would highly-recommend this product to other customers. The customer service is of the highest quality.

Title: Perfect Cure for Sensory Issues
Review: I found the perfect headphones! I use to have a pair of Beats that I couldn’t stand because the battery life was poor and the headphones didn’t cover my ears. Soundcore is the complete opposite. It fits perfectly, covering my ears entirely, comfortable to sleep in due to flexability, and the sound quality is fantastic.I have sensory issues and I wear these just for the noise cancellation to drown out bass heavy noises in my home, and outside. I can still hear my TV over the headphones which is what I wanted, while it blocks out all the other external noise that stresses me out. Easily connects to Bluetooth. Comfortable to wear. Lightweight without feeling cheap. No static sound when not connected to anything which my AirPods do. I’m super happy with my purchase which I got for about $40 during a Black Friday sale.

Title: Great headphones except for one thing …
Review: I bought these to take on a trans-Atlantic trip so I could have some nice noise-cancelling headphones for the long plane rides. I didn’t realize until I plugged them into the entertainment system at my plane seat that the noise-cancelling capability doesn’t work when they’re plugged in! It only works for a wireless connection. I thought they were defective, but the customer service rep confirmed noise-cancellation only works over Bluetooth. That’s probably fine 95% of the time since they connect seamlessly over Bluetooth, but I wish I’d known that before I bought them specifically to connect to the plane’s sound system. Other than that, these headphones are great. The little buttons are easy to control while you’re wearing the headphones, and the noise cancellation works well for when I’m at the gym. I rarely have to charge the battery, and the ear cups are super soft and comfortable. Sound quality is also amazing!

Title: Premium performance level
Review: Completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve worked in radio for about 15 years and I was looking for an over the ear headset to use on an upcoming flight because personally, I just cant make ear buds work for me. To be honest, my expectations weren’t high. The sound quality however, was rich and balanced, with surprisingly deep bass and clear vocals. The hybrid active noise cancelling works incredibly well — at one point, there was a baby rage crying two rows behind me and I wasnt even listening to music, I just had these over my ears and I barely noticed her tantrum.They’re also extremely comfortable. The ear cushions are soft, the headband is light, and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Battery life is outstanding too — I’ve gone multiple days on a single charge.Setup was super easy, the Bluetooth connection is stable. For the price, these headphones feel like a premium product. Highly recommend!

Title: Wow, I am surprisingly impressed.
Review: For this price point, these Q20i headphones are the bomb. The features are comparable with much pricier models and the noise cancelling actually works. These can even pair with mutliple devices without having to unpair from the first source. The sound quality is really good, and has a nice customizable EQ if you download the Soundcore app. They have nice rich bass that doesn’t distort the sound as long as you don’t use excessively high volume, and the midrange and treble are crisp and clear for a headphone of this caliber. The fit is slightly loose but comfortable and is conducive for wearing for a long time without getting uncomfortable from pressure points. Honestly, I would be content to wear and listen to these just as much as I would my BOSE headphones which were way more expensive.

Title: The capabilities of the headphone
Review: I had some skepticism before I bought this product but upon buying and trying it out, I can safely say that it’s worth it. The battery life is awesome, the black color is cool and I don’t have a problem with the ear size. There are no delay with the sound and the quality of the sound is nice, I love it.The only thing I don’t understand about the headphone is the noise cancelling. I mean, the button is there and all but after pressing the button, I can’t tell the difference as to if it’s on or off. I have no idea as to how the noise cancelling works. Apart from that, the headphone is cool and I highly recommend getting one.
