Title: Good headphones, support was iffy at first
Review: Edited to note that after I wrote the review below, the seller contacted me to rectify the issue and sent new headphones. I appreciate the responsiveness, and I have updated the rating to good since the sound quality and noise canceling are good. Will update if we encounter another issue in the next few months.I purchased the headphones at the end of August, and the sound quality is pretty good. I assumed it was a decent purchase for the price. Unfortunately, the headband broke straight through right above the earphone within two months. The return window is 30 days, and you have to go to the seller for warranty support, which is nonexistent. And by ‘nonexistent,’ I mean that you have to fill out a form that goes into a black hole, and once you submit the form, you cannot submit another support request. The icing on the cake is that Amazon would not accept my first product review, as my main dissatisfaction is related to the lack of support for a poor-quality product that we received. If you want to pay a little less than $40 for two months of use, then these headphones are for you.

Review: Very impressive!!!! The item was nicely packaged and came with an aux cord and charging cord. The headset has some weight to it and feels very sturdy and nicely built. It was very easy to connect and use. It fits comfortably over the head and is adjustable to fit your head nicely. The noise canceling feature actually works and is very good. The sound quality is good, however if you’re looking for something with added bass or boost features then this will not do.Overall, this is an excellent product for its price. Sound quality is good, NC works, it gets really loud, nicely built and the battery is great. It’sawesome for everyday use.

Review: Horrible. Persistent low throbbing hum in left ear, making these nauseating to wear for even moderate periods. Headache inducing. Reading the glowing reviews I thought these would be a good, economical replacement for my damaged Sennheiser 450BT headphones (which were unavailable to purchase again at the time), but these are not remotely in the same class. Also, these headphones love to announce “connected” and “disconnected” as I walk through the house and past various devices – despite me not wanting to connect with those devices; infuriating distractions. Battery doesn’t last nearly as long as Sennheiser or even the inexpensive WorkTunes BT headphones I use when mowing lawns, etc. Definitely a false economy and a “buy cheaper, buy twice” situation – I’ve wasted time and money and I’ll have to repurchase Sennheiser or similar again now anyway. Not recommended.
