How to reset T19 earbuds when I encounter connection issues?

If the earbuds fails to pair/disconnect/no sound/one earbud does not work, make sure the earbuds are charging properly and manually reset them (refer to the user manual for reset method)

The earbuds won’t charge ?

Please ensure that the charging contacts both of the earbuds and case are in the right position and not damaged. Also, please try to clean the contacts both of the earbuds and case by a brush or cotton swab in time to get rid of lint, dust, and dirt.

Cannot adjust volume with the earbuds?

Please note that When using only one earbud (with the other in the case or powered off), you cannot adjust the volume with the button control, you can only adjust the volume level on your phone.

Title: These buds are underpriced.
Review: After doing my research and reading the reviews,these noise cancelling ear buds really does what it says.They came fully charged and were easy to pair with my Samsung ultra 24 because that’s what I use to cut my lawn.I walked around for hours listening to Pandora and buds stayed in place not hearing any outside noise from the tv so I know it will work with the tractor noise.By the way they sound like a high end pair,get it before the price goes up you will not be disappointed.

Title: Not as good as older version!
Review: I’ve bought this brand before, so I thought a updated version of earbuds would sound just as well as my old ones. Safe to say, they didn’t! I work in a factory, which gets very noisy and the K23 version was PERFECT! These T19, although looks better, they do not have the same listening or noise canceling qualities that I’m looking for. I’m highly disappointed.

Review: I seriously needed to read the reviews for these so called ” noise cancelling wireless earbuds! They felt comfortable, the fit was good but I still could hear our TV ! The price sounded great! Well I fell for it! The quality was good and super portable. The functionality did not function as stated, no noise cancelling feature!

Review: They are very comfortable and since they have the over the ear piece I am not afraid to wear them on a flight. However they are very tinny and have ZERO bass. The noise cancellation leaves a lot to desire but I am used to Bose Noise Cancelling headphones. I am considering the fact that they are ear buds. All in all I am happy with my purchase as I fly 45 weeks/year and I am tired of lugging my full headphones around.
