Why won’t my Bluetooth device find the earbud?

Ensure the bluetooth earbud is in pairing mode, within 3-10 meters of the device, and not connected to another device. Restart both if needed.

Yes, can’t adjust volume in single ear mode.But if this happened in dual ear mode , the phone shows that the headphones are linked to Bluetooth. In reality, the phone display hasn’t been refreshed and the Bluetooth is in a spurious connection state.

Title: Great set of headphones, sleek high-end type of feeling. Recommended!
Review: This is my second pair of Bluetooth headset from this company and I love them, even more than the first. I’ve been using them for a week and now am ready to review. Let’s get to it.The T9’s case looks sleek, texture is nice to the touch, gives you a high-end type of feeling. The display is on the outside, and charges very quickly when you use a true USB-C cable with the 30W plug. The cable that comes with the unit is a USB to USB-C and is the only negative to this package.The T9 comes with three earbuds: small, medium and large. Same as the older unit. The medium out of the box are a perfect fit. They are rubber, so they mold easily.Now the actual headset. Like the older model, they fit nicely over my ear. You can adjust by twisting them forward or back to get a tighter or loose fit. I guess I have normal ears, so no complaints here. The quality feels and looks really nice. Sleek again. A major difference between the T9 and the older unit is that the T8 has less buttons. Gone are the volume up/down buttons on both left and right headsets. Functionality is pretty much the same. For calls, click once to answer and again once to hang-up. For music, right/left side, one press pauses and plays. Right-side two quick presses jump to next song and left-side two presses jump to previous song. To increase volume long press on the right side, and to decrease volume long press on the left side.Audio quality. Okay, you get what you pay for, and having said that, I’ve read tons of reviews before I settled with this company and their older model, and now the new one. People pay top dollar for name brand headsets and I’ve used them, they’re not worth the price. The T9 offers excellent audio quality. Crisp, you can hear really nice frequencies, I love the base. You can adjust with your phone’s equalizer. These are fantastic, and even more so for the low cost in comparison. The audio quality on the T9 is better than the older model. They do have some noise cancelation. I was sitting next to my water fountain on a call and asked my friend if I should move, they said they didn’t hear any noise! Win! Also, I wore them for as long as I could playing music non-stop or taking/making calls. The T9s lasted for 5.5 hours. Usually, one side goes first before the other. The second side usually lasts for 15-30min longer.I wanted to offer a detailed review after a good amount of testing for a fair amount of time. I’ve had their older model for about 1 year plus now and they’re still going strong. The batteries in each headset still last 5.5h as well. So, it’s safe to assume that the batteries on these will last a long time too. When the battery is low on the T9, I swap them out and use the older one.I hope this review helps guide you to make the purchase best for your needs. To be honest, these are excellent, as is this company. As is their support. I emailed them once to help me with the older unit as the volume buttons stopped working, they responded within a day or two (it was a while ago). They provided simple detailed instructions; I’ve never had any other issues with their older unit. Happy listening 🙂

Review: These headphones are a solid choice. I use them while running and exercise at the gym. They fit securely in my ears, these stay put perfectly and are quite comfortable, with an impressive 8-hour battery life that easily meets my needs. These earbuds are incredibly lightweight too.The sound quality is good—not amazing, but better than expected and the volume level is decent by default. The built-in LEDs are super useful.As Bluetooth headphones, they do exactly what I need. The microphone works fine, I also appreciate the physical button controls on the sides—no accidental activations like with touch gestures. All in all, great value for the price.

Title: Great earbuds!
Review: These new wireless earbuds are my second pair by this manufacturer and these are definitely a total upgrade over my last pair that were also great. You can feel the extreme quality as you take them out of the case after the initial charge. They are a heavier feel but yet quite lightweight exhibiting a sound structural integrity that you want in an electronic device. The setup is simple and straightforward giving the user immediate feedback knowing that the product is functional. The first listen is an amazing sound that you would think was from a symphony hall. The fit is snug and just tight enough and they come with three different sizes for your ears. The price point is exceptional as you would get this quality after having to pay much more! They stay secure as I move about and I have no fear of losing one like I might have with another product! I am extremely pleased with these and can see myself using them during a variety of activities in my future whether it be something physical or just hanging out ! I will recommend these to all my friends who are in search of a quality product that will be reliable over time. They look good, they feel good and sound great. They function great for use with you phone calls as well with simple controls to answer and end calls. They apparently work with Siri as well and I will test that out as well. These are great in so many ways!

Review: Sharing my experience after using this product for almost 3 weeks. An EXCELLENT set of earbuds with high-quality sound, ergonomic design and secure fit, extended battery life … all with a budget-friendly price! Highly recommended!Occiam T9 is the best headphone I’ve used within $50 budget! It comes with carrier-case displaying battery status. Excellent over-ear ergonomic design with very secure-fit comes handy for any gym and physical activities involving heavy movements. The ear-hooks are pretty soft and I didn’t feel any pinch even after extended use. Long-lasting battery goes more than 4-5 days (or even beyond a week) depending on use. The sound quality is awesome… crystal clear sound with high bass . The quality of microphone is good that I was able to use it in open/noisy environment without any issue! Overall the call quality was excellent! Bluetooth connectivity functions without any issue. It was very easy to connect and there was no sudden drop or pause in sound. The manual is pretty extensive (kind of a rare now a days) with lots of details for those who might require help. The have also provided two extra sets of caps for earplug.Happy to provide a 5-star rating ….. the best headphone/earbuds I’ve seen within this budget range!
