When the computer and the headset have been successfully paired, please make ensure that PC System Settings > Sound > Microphone input device & Speaker output device select (CT001)If you use office software, you also need to select (CT001) for the Microphone input device & Speaker output device

When I use this wireless headset on Teams, how should I set it up?

When you make a call with teams, please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure (CT001) is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone).

Title: Awesome for Work
Review: This headset is great; it fits my head without causing any discomfort and the ear cushion is soft and comfortable you almost forget it is on. The microphone is great does not cause feedback into the ear and the noise cancellation is wonderful when you work in a noisy environment with many people talking at once. I bought this to avoid the neck cramp of trying to hold the phone and type for long periods of time and it works well with the USB dongle at work or the Bluetooth on my cellphone. The range is great that I can walk away from my desk and still not lose my call.

Title: Tolerable in a pinch, but not good enough
Review: Pros:- Looks nice and sleek. Charging stand is functional. Relatively inexpensive for a wireless office headset.- Noise cancellation on the microphone is ostensibly working, BUT: I’ve only tested this headset with MS Teams. I’ve found there is noise cancellation built into Teams, so it’s not clear whether the noise cancelling I’m experiencing is thanks to this headset or instead due to Teams. I’ll add, it does a MUCH better job at filtering out breath sounds than my $20 wired Logitech headset.- Speaker sound quality: No complaints here. Very surprised at how much bass this produces. (You could listen to music on these if you don’t mind a mono headset for that.) The mids/high-mids are a tiny bit muddled, but for conference calls it’s a non-issue and totally reasonable at this price point.Now the downsides, which are enough to make me return this:- Primarily, the mic sound quality is pretty bad. It sounds fuller than my $20 Logitech wired headset mic, but it’s not nearly as clear. The mic sounds muddy and muffled, and not at all crisp. There’s just no excuse for the mic to be this bad at this price point.- There’s a tiny stutter in the recorded mic audio, as often as a few times per second. I suspect this is from wireless buffering. It’s not enough to make my words incomprehensible, but it’s not how I want to represent myself to my work colleagues. It sounds like you’re just barely too far away from the wireless adapter, even when you’re right next to it.- The headband is bare metal. It would have cost them pennies to add a little padding.At this price point, I can forgive this headset for not being the best at everything. But the mic just isn’t good enough, and combined with the stutter it’s enough to make me return these and find another brand.

Title: Great Headset
Review: This bluetooth headset is actually works pretty good as per my requirement where specifically when I need to step away from desk or doing something and still want to have communication going. This lightweight Headphone is very comfortable on ear. So far I have not observed any voice quality issues and hearing is very clear. Charging life is good as well.

Title: It’s ok, depending on what you’re using it for
Review: I work from home and wanted to get a wireless headset so I can stand and sit when I want without a cord in the way. I attempted to use it for work but the sound quality isn’t that great. The other caller sounds muffled and hard to hear even after confirming/updating the settings on the computer. It is very lightweight and comfortable, however, with working with Roadside calls, if I didn’t have to worry about hearing the customers clear enough, I would keep this headset. Overall it’s a decent headset.
