How to connect with the headset M99+ & Bluetooth device?

1) Press and hold the MFB for 3s power on the headset.

2) Activate Bluetooth on your device & search for nearby Bluetooth connections.

3) Find “M99+ ” in the search results.Tap on the name to connect.

How to connect with the headset M99+ & Dongle?

1) Clear the pairing history by pressing and holding the MFB and Volume – Buttons simultaneously for 5s when the headset is on.

2) Insert the dongle into the computer,then it will connect with the headset automatically.

There is no sound when answering the calls and playing music or video after paring with M99+ & computer.

1) Make sure that your headset is connected with computer through Dongle or Bluetooth.

2) Open sound settings on computer, and choose M99+ as the sound input and output device.

I can’t pick up calls through the headset when it’s connecting with computer.

The headset MFB only work on mobile phone calls, not compatible with computer on voice calls or social Apps. You need pick up the calls on your computer then talk though the headset.

Can the headset connect multiple devices at the same time?

The headset can only connect to one device at a time.

Title: Lightweight and Very Clear
Review: I’ve owned numerous headsets for the past 29 years for use on my jobs and this Bluetooth headset has to be one of the lightest best sounding headset for my money. They are extremely lightweight and easily connect via Bluetooth (use the dongle if no Bluetooth on your computer).When I first received the headset charging them took less than 2 hours as they needed fully charged. Connecting the headset to my computer using Bluetooth took less than 30 seconds. I then made a call out and they worked flawlessly. The clarity on both my end and the receivers end was excellent. This headset is not overtaken with bass as some headsets are. The focus here is voice clarity. The noise cancellation was very effective as the client never heard any of the associates around me.I use a single ear headset for work as I always need to have the other ear paying attention to what’s going on around me. This came in real handy as the ear cushion blocked out almost all extraneous noise through me ear. That was very impressive. This headset would be great for anyone who spends a lot of time on a phone but has to be up moving about and having your hands free to do other things. The button on the headset can easily put your end on mute when needed. I talk a lot so I never shut up, lol.I was able to make it all week on a single charge and then i just plug them in on Friday evening to recharge. I agree with another reviewer that a stand would be very helpful but I just hang them on my monitor.I would recommend this lightweight, comfortable, Bluetooth, noise cancelling, single ear headset for anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone but still needs to keep there hands free to do their job.
