Before you begin, please ensure：

Place the computer within 1m (3 ft) of the headphones.Ensure the headphones are sufficiently charged.Confirm the computer has an available USB port

1. Insert the USB Dongle into your computer.

2. Press and hold the headphone’s power button for 3 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternately. You will hear “Power on.”

3. Ensure the headphone is in Dongle mode.Note: Long-press the ” M ” button for 3 seconds to switch between “Bluetooth mode” and “Dongle mode.” You will hear the mode change.

4. The headphone and dongle will auto-connect within 3-10 seconds. You will hear “Connected.”

Title: Nice, solid, reliable headphones
Review: These are very nice and are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted reliable over-the-ear bluetooth headphones that I could use in calls. These are perfect. Someone calls and I can pull out the microphone and answer. Sometimes I keep the microphone slightly out so that I can take a call without touching the headphone.NOTES* The microphone. It has a little blue light on it to show that it’s active. Push it all the way in and it automatically mutes. Easy to adjust.- NOTE: One thing about the microphone is that it is sensitive to airflow. Breathe on it and the sound is very loud to the person on the other end of the line. That turns out to not be a drawback, you simply don’t need to position it in front of your mouth. Voice volume was very good when the microphone was pulled straight out.* USB-C charger. Yes! It also came with a USB-A to USB-C cable, but I’m now basically able to charge it anywhere in my house that I charge my phone. I was so glad it didn’t come with a finicky micro-USB cable.* The Bluetooth connection was solid. I was able to go into the garage and listen to music without interruption. My phone was about 60 ft away through 4 walls. I don’t really have a comparison point, so I don’t know if this is great, but I did expect to have it drop. Connecting it to devices was quick and easy.* Battery life is good. I didn’t try to play music for 40 hours, but it didn’t seem unrealistic. I last charged them 9 days ago and the battery is currently at 40%. I don’t listen to them every day for hours, but I had a pair previously that would drain in a week with very little use.* Sound quality. I’m no audiophile, but the sound reproduction seemed very good. They handle bass better than I expected. The noise cancellation seems to work for music, but maybe that’s just the earpieces fitting very well over my ear? The noise cancellation is supposed to only work through the microphone.* Portability. They fold up nicely and can go into my bag without getting tangled with cables. The microphone is ESPECIALLY nice here as it goes into the earpiece so that it doesn’t grab every cable in the bag.* Hard-wired connection. I like to have this option, but I didn’t test it. My kids will sometimes run out of battery in their headphones and it would be nice to have a hard-wired connection available. If you have a source that can connect that way…* Bluetooth dongle. I tested this just to test it, but my laptop has bluetooth built in, so I don’t really need it. Again though, I love that it’s available. Even if I don’t need it for the headsets, I now have it available in case I’m ever in a situation where it’s needed. Anyway, it worked just like the internal bluetooth.* The build is solid. I feel like they will last. They don’t seem cheap at all.Overall, a great value.

The sound is clear, they’re lightweight, and they don’t squeeze my head like some of the other over-ear ones I’ve tried. Title: Comfortable and noise cancelling
Review: Great headphones. Simple color. Comes with the plug in so it is Bluetooth enabled. It’s very comfy on the ears and head. I thought it was going to be bulky but it actually isn’t. Noise cancellation was what I was really looking for and they do the job. One charge lasts a good amount of time. You can control the volume very easily. Very nice headset.

Title: Not Suitable for a Call Center Agent
Review: Firstly, let it be known I am working in a call center, so I am looking for a decent set with great sound quality and comfortable design. The headphones felt great and I loved the retractable mic! I had 3 main issues with it which have led to me returning my purchase:1. I had 2 calls that I ended up disconnecting because I was talking and there was no response. Turns out my microphone was muted even though the status light was on, and I had previously been speaking fine. This was a major reason2. Sound quality was not great. I’m not a sound expert by any means, but there was some reverb that made understanding callers difficult. This was a big factor.3. The toggle between Bluetooth and USB was too delayed to be practical in my work environment, so I was unable to take advantage of this feature. That only minorly contributes to my return.

Title: Drop the cord and get these. If you’re looking for “Over the Ear”, get these.
Review: So far these are holding up. They fit over the ear and are comfortable ( I had outer ear surgery and having something press on my ear for too long hurts, these fit over the ear). I use them every day I work and really like them. (bonus being no cord to deal with). I work 10 – 12 hour shifts and have had zero problems with the battery life and being charged to stay on that long. I like the voice that lets you know when there powered on, connected, and when they power off and disconnect. Great audio cues. The microphone is very adjustable in all directions.

Review: We have tried 3 pairs of these headphones and we had had to throw away 2 of them already after a few months. They struggle with connecting consistently to bluetooth and end up not working at all within a couple months. There is no support to contact through Amazon, just answers to basic questions.

Title: Worked great, until now.
Review: Loved these headphones originally. They have worked well, until yesterday. I disconnected them from my laptop, and now the bluetooth does not work at all. It shows it’s in pairing mode but will not show up on my laptop or phone. I’ve tried everything, but it looks like I need to buy a replacement headset.

Review: I needed this product for zoom meetings. I found them to be very comfortable to wear, as I would wear them for more than an hour and a half each meeting. I have also used these for listening to movies. The sound reproduction is excellent. The mic is clear and very sensitive. I have also found that the battery is quite long lasting. It can be used for several days without charging. An all around good product that I would recommend to anyone.

Review: *2nd update – I received my replacement unit, and I have a couple of observations.1) The mic doesn’t mute when tucked in all the way, but my old one does. I think that’s technically a fault with the unit since it’s advertised to do so. It doesn’t bother me personally, since I didn’t care one way or another for the feature.2) The plastic doesn’t creak on the new unit when you move it around, but it does on the old one. I’m not sure if that’s something that developed over the 9 months, or if this band is made of different plastic and now it’s fixed.I’ll leave it as a 4 star review since I do think it is a good product – the speakers are very good. The mic, I’m told is good and my coworkers can hear me fine (used for meetings for many hours a day), my ears are never sweaty and they’re lightweight enough that I don’t get a headache or discomfort from wearing them. The pads feel exactly the same between the old pair and the new pair, so they should last for quite some time. The new pair feels slightly tighter on the head than the old pair, but I’m sure it’ll stretch a bit over time. I just hope the band holds up on the replacement.*1st update – customer support has offered a replacement even though it’s outside the return window. Hope I just got a one-off the first time and the replacement is better.*Original review – I really liked these headphones, used them for hours at a time for work and playing at the computer, was able switch it over to my phone quickly and go for a walk outside with them. Unfortunately, after only 9 months of use, the headband broke unexpectedly in the middle of the band. They didn’t even have a crack on them previously, otherwise I would have tried to patch it before it cracked. Not sure I’d recommend based on the lack of durability.

Review: J’ai acheté ce casque il y a 7 mois. Bon, j’ai peut-être une tête un peu plus large que la moyenne. Mais la rondeur générale du cerceau était bonne (les oreilles étaient bien couverte), sans pression excessive sur la tête. Je pouvais le porter plusieurs heures sans me fatiguer.Mais, à force de l’enlever et de le mettre, la partie “rigide” du casque vient de briser, ce qui fait qu’il ne tient plus du tout. À remplacer; bien dommage!
