Title: Jlab go work 2ndGen wireless headset
Review: Easy to use and set up, the size and design is very comfortable. Clear calls, easy to mute calls, and volume controls on the right side of the headset work well with RingCentral phone systems and Microsoft Teams. I love it! The best part is I don’t have to be stuck at my desk; I can walk around my apartment while talking to my clients.

Title: Great and comfy headset
Review: I picked this up for the telehealth visits I have with my doctors, as well as doing some video journaling. I don’t have a USB C connector on my computer, and I was struggling with connecting via Bluetooth (user error, NOT error on the part of the headset *lol*), so I picked up some USB C – USB A adaptors and plugged it in to one of my USB-A ports. Very clear audio and the sound quality is great.

Review: Use the $40-$50 towards something better. I’m on calls at most 4 hours a day, they are lightweight and comfortable for that time. Bluetooth connectivity is awful. I get on calls and my PC simply doesn’t recognize microphone input, yet I can hear fine, and then suddenly just works again. This happens regularly, and I did not have that problem before buying these. Sometimes mute doesn’t work, it just unmutes itself right away. The dongle is shaped stupidly so it typically doesn’t fit into the tights USB ports in a normal laptop. When it works, it’s fine for the price, except when it doesn’t, which is way too often.

Review: Works really well, I like the red mute indicator light and the button, much better sound than others, comfortable and stable. However I have had 3 of them and they only last about a year. The first two lost their outgoing sound – I was talking and people didn’t hear me – on the third one the mute button broke. Each lasted about a year only.

Title: Works until it doesnt
Review: Works great for about 6 months- until it didn’t. After about six months of work, it slowly started to die out where it wouldn’t work even after connecting- had to only use Bluetooth since the USB connection stopped working- then eventually the Bluetooth stopped working as well over the last 2 to 3 weeks I had to disconnect turn off headset and reconnect in the middle phone call just for it to work and now it won’t even work at all. I used to love these things until this problem. I am filing a manufacturer replacement with J lab. Hopefully, they actually replace them.

Review: These wireless headphones are absolutely perfect. So easy to pair and get set up and the audio clarity/quality is superb and also the noise cancellation is phenomenal works great. For the price they are perfect and the comfort is amazing as well. Easy to adjust and use. If you’re in the fence about purchasing I highly suggest getting these. They work great for zoom meetings and even work well with my iPhone as well.These are just as good as the high priced ones for a fraction of the cost.

Review: Goede headset voor tijdens het werk. Zeer heldere gesprekken in videobellen, en goede bas als je muziek op hebt om niet afgeleid te worden. De bijgeleverde dongle voor in je PC heeft een zeer goed bereik, ik heb 40 meter verderop in de gang nog steeds ontvangst bij de koffieautomaat. Het enige nadeel hiervan is wanneer je bluetooth verbinding hebt met je telefoon, je verbinding met je telefoon wordt verbroken zodra je in de buurt komt van je PC. Dat is op te lossen door de dongle uit je PC te halen. Opladen 1x per 2 weken is voor mij voldoende. Het draagcomfort is ook prima, ik heb hem soms 4 uur achter elkaar op zonder te irriteren. De prijs is ook laag genoeg, wij hebben een persoonlijk jaarbudget waarvan we dit soort persoonlijke dingen vergoed krijgen.

Review: Je l’ai depuis quelques jours et jusqu’ici aucun problème. Les écouteurs sont étonnamment moelleux et doux et le son est agréable (un peu de basse mais pas trop. Vraiment top). Il est léger et l’appairage bluetooth se fait sans souci.Côté autonomie, tiens facilement plusieurs jours sans recharge sauf si vous tapez dedans. Logique.La réduction de bruit est vraiment correct et convient pour le télétravail. Après il ne fera pas de miracle avec un chien qui aboie ou un bébé qui pleure. Faut pas pousser.*** UPDATE +3 MOIS *** : Concernant l’ENC, son efficacité est paramétrable aussi dans l’appli mobile. Nickel.Le bouton Mute sur le côté est bien pratique aussi.–8<-- Seuls points d'attentions : pour les fanatiques de films ou de vidéos... Oui c'est un casque bluetooth et pas un casque orienté lowlatency donc il y a entre 150 et 350ms de latence audio vidéo. Pleurez pas. On s'habitue et puis des plugins browser existent pour les puristes.---8<--*** UPDATE +3 MOIS *** : Sur ce dernier point, il existe un profil "movie mode" activable via l'application mobile et qui force la latence à < 200ms (super !!).
