Mute Button

Our wireless bluetooth headset supports mute function during the call. The mute button on the headset works well on non-Windows devices, i.e. Android and macOS, but may not be compatible with some software on Windows devices. What’s more, the mute function is not a two-way control. If you mute yourself on the computer, you must also unmute on the computer, and vice versa.

Hands-Free Calls with MFB Button

Through the MFB button on the LEVN Bluetooth 5.0 Headset, you can easily answer/hang up calls. The feature works well on mobile phones, i.e. Android and iPhone, but it doesn’t work on computers or landlines. If paired with a computer or landline, you’ll need to answer the call on the computer or landline, not through the headset.

How to pair LEVN LE-HS010 Basic to a computer?

Pair LEVN LE-HS010 Basic to a computer via Bluetooth

On your device, press and hold the MFB button of LE-HS010 for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode, makes it discoverable by the computer. Check that the indicator flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guidance say, “Pairing”.On your PC, select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Click on the model number (LE-HS010 Basic) of your device. A window will pop up indicating the Bluetooth connection is complete. If your computer asks for a Bluetooth driver, contact your computer manufacturer.

Check the sound settings to make sure sound is played via the correct output and input.

The microphone and the speaker of the headset may be disabled or not set as the default device on your computer.

Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devicesUnder Audio, make sure that the text below LE-HS010 Basic says Connected voice, music. This means the headset were paired and connected successfully.In the same window, under Related settings, click Sound settings to set the sound output (speaker) and input (Microphone).Select (LE-HS010 Basic) as your output device (speaker)Select (LE-HS010 Basic) as your input device (Microphone)Make sure that (LE-HS010 Basic) has been selected as both the output and input device. Then close Settings.

Title: The best headset I have owned in a long time!
Review: Lets start with how comfortable it is, it wont bother your ear at all, the cushion is super soft. The audio is very clear, I love that the mic moves up and down so that when you are off a call you can move the mic back up. I have a VERY soft voice so for people to actually say they can hear me well and CLEARLY is a plus! Last but not least the battery on this headset is amazing! I can use it ALL day without having to recharge it right away. I usually do charge it during lunch break but the times that I have forgotten to charge it during lunch it will last the entire 8 hour shift without charge. Its def my new fav headset. Working in call centers for 18 yrs and have used several other expensive brands this one is it! you will love it!

Title: Great Value For All-Day Use!
Review: I have been struggling to find an off-brand bluetooth headset that pairs with my iPhone to use in my home office, and the LEVN Bluetooth Headset is my latest attempt to find something that actually works! I started using it the day I received it, which was yesterday, February 5, 2024. It was quick to charge with it’s USB charger, which comes with the headset, and it took just a few seconds to pair it with my iPhone. I used it and spoke with people over the telephone for a 6-hour period of time and I had no issues at all. The line was clear and everybody I spoke to could also hear me clearly.I like that the mute feature is easily accessed by pressing the outside of the earpiece and an automated voice alerts you that mute has been turned on or off. The volume is just right and I also like that the phone stays charged for over 30+ hours. Like with any headset, my ear does get a little bothered from wearing it for several hours and the band across my head feels a little too tight, but that’s normal. I have never had one that was so lightweight that I forgot it was there. My only concern is that Apple may block me from using it because the last off-brand headset that I tried to use with my iPhone only lasted a couple of weeks. Once I did an update on my iPhone, the software blocked it from pairing with my cell phone ever again and I was truly disappointed. I have noted the date I started using this cell phone in my review so that I can come back here and update my feedback if the same thing happens again, if any new issues occur, or if I would like to add more positive feedback. For now, I remain optimistic and will continue to use it daily!

Title: Perfect for WFH, worth noney
Review: Noise canceling unless they are right next to your mic. Im able to have toddler in room and work from home. Love this brand. Also if you wfh, it shows up as wired and not Bluetooth. Any headset wirh dongle looks to be wired. Only downfall is it randomly turns down the mic volume during falls so im mot sure if it’s bc the sound adjusts to your voice while on the phone bu5 thsts the only thingbi dislike.

Review: It was working ok for a month then it started glitching. The calls aren’t noise canceling and not loud enough for me. Wouldn’t turn on or off on a full charge and makes a beeping noise before it ends my calls out of the blue. I won’t be buying another

Review: Sound good, talk good, longevity…not so good. You can plan on the mic taking a dump after about a year. It’s happened 3Xs in a row. But at $40 a set. It’s still cheaper than Blue Parrot. It’s great quality while it works though.
