When you place your headphones on the transmitter, the LED of the headphones and transmitter light up red, indicating that it is charging. When the headset’s LED light is blue and the transmitter’s LED light is green, it means it is fully charged.

Do I need to pair the headphones with the transmitter when I get them?

No, when the headphones and TV transmitter are turned on, the LED light of the TV transmitter turns blue, indicating that the pairing is successful.

How do I mute my headphones?

Please click the MFB button on the side of the headphones to pause the audio. Kindly note: pressing the MFB button will only pause the audio from the headphones and will not affect the playback of the TV program.

My TV does not have an audio output port. Can I buy these headphones to watch TV?

Title: Excellent Sound and Super Comfortable!
Review: These LEVN wireless headphones work perfectly for watching TV. The sound is crystal clear with great volume and no delay, even when I walk across the room. They paired quickly and stay connected without any static or dropouts. The ear cushions are soft and lightweight, so I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. The battery life is impressive and the charging base makes it simple to keep them ready to use. I really like that I can watch movies at night without disturbing anyone else. Review: I haven’t had a chance to use these headphones because there was a shortage in the included items, mainly the one item that is recommended by the seller and that would be the digital audio cable! Advertising something at a reduced price and as improved and then removing the one recommended cable from the included items list is the most dishonest things a seller can do so even if these headphones are of the best quality and I doubt that they are I would still give them a one star, even a 0 star if I could! I don’t recommend theses headphones to anyone!(Update) After ordering a Digital optical cable for these headphones and finally getting to try them I can say that the sound is very good, the comfort of wearing them is excellent because I wear them once a day for four hours in the evening wile watching my tv. Because I have lost 64 percent of my hearing headphones have become an important part of watching my tv because I have received complaints from my neighbors about the volume.Shortly after purchasing the cable a received an email from the seller regarding the missing cable and Winni was very apologetic about the issue. It is unfortunate that a company cannot rely on their employees to do their job correctly and see too it that all of the components that are included with the product are indeed in the package. Although there could be many reasons for the mishap others than employee’s failure to do their job there’s still no excuse for missing parts. I recommend theses headphones because they are of good quality; maybe not as good as a $400. 00 pair of theater headphones but for the money they are great headphones.Update 4/19/24 I did not mention in my review that I have gone through several pairs of wireless headphones in the past and have not been very impressed with the quality and longevity of any of them and I paid over $200.00 for every one of them with the exception of these headphones. My biggest complaint is that none of them held a charge for more than 8 hours the other is none of them were comfortable. With that being said I have put these headphones to the test right away. I used them for four hours a night for four days and the still have a good enough charge to keep going although it is not recommended to drain the batteries completely so I put them back on the charger after the forth night. I am sure that the reason for this is that the headphones have an off on switch which none of the more expensive ones that I have bought did so I give them a 👍 for the initiative to add such a good sense accessory. The other thing that I have noticed is that I don’t have a headache and irritated scalp after wearing them for four hours a night. Only time will tell but if these headaches last two years they will have out lasted all of my other more expensive ones and sound just as good if not better than the all the more expensive one and more comfortable than all the more expressive ones. So my question would be, why buy the more expensive ones?

Title: Great for the money
Review: Bought these for watching TV. I previously used Sennheiser headphones which I bought 13 yrs ago. I loved the Sennheisers, but they were analog input only. Newer TV’s no longer have analog audio outputs, and I tried a couple of cheap digital to analog converters but could never get them work satisfactory with my old Sennheisers. Thus I went shopping for headphones that would connect directly to digital inputs.I saw these by Levn which had good reviews and cost about half as much as the newer Sennheiser model, so I thought I’d give them a chance since I was only wanting them for watching TV. I figured if they didn’t sound good or work well, I could simply return them and then buy the newer model of Sennheiser at nearly twice the cost.I’m blown away by the sound quality of the Levn headphones, especially for the price. Sound quality is about equal to my old Sennheisers (which cost $144, and that was 13 yrs ago), the Levns are lighter weight, and just as comfortable. The Levn headphones bring out TV sounds so much clearer than just listening to the soundbar. The Levn headphones don’t have any hum, crackling, digital skips, lag, or anything similar that I can hear.They also do a similar job of blocking out background noise in the room, which is the primary reason I use over the ear style headphones for TV watching instead of earbuds – at our house there are always too many people in the room talking on their phones, dogs barking, and so on.I was also pleasantly surprised at the range. The range of the Levn is much greater than my Sennheisers, but in fairness my Sennheisers are almost 13 yrs old and a discontinued model, so I suspect the current model of Sennheisers probably would also have a much better range as well when compared to my old model.The headphones came already paired to the transmitter base, so as soon as you connect the audio and power cables, the headphones automatically connect and you have sound. The headphones can also connect directly by bluetooth to any device such as a phone, tablet, etc…. perhaps useful to some, but that’s a feature I personally don’t currently need.I also like that you have the option to charge the headphones by plugging a usb-c charging cord directly into the headphones instead of putting the headphones in the charging cradle built into the transmitter base. This gives you the option of hiding the transmitter base behind the TV if you prefer to not have the base out in sight or don’t have an easily accessible location by the TV to put it.In short, I think the Levn headphones will please everyone except dedicated audiophiles that aren’t going to be happy with any headphones that cost less than $1000 for use in a theater type environment. The Levn headphones are exceptional for everyday use like watching TV, listening to music while doing housework, and so on.Some comments about connecting to a digital TV – be aware that most TVs will only output to one digital source, which you have to select within the settings menu on the tv. So for example, if you have a soundbar connected by HDMI-ARC, there will not likely be any audio output thru the TV’s optical port. If you then select “optical” for the audio source, your headphones will work but your soundbar will no longer work via HDMI-ARC.I was already feeding my soundbar by optical, so I simply bought this powered optical splitter to be able to also connect these headphones: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HQ2R314 – soundbar still works great, no lag or sync issues between the tv video, soundbar, or headphones. I opted for the powered splitter based on reviews and comments of issues with the non-powered Y type splitters.

Title: Decent but not 5.1 compatible.
Review: Overall I like these headphones. They were easy to set up, they’re comfortable to wear and the overall sound quality is good. The battery lasts a long time and they charge very quickly. However they do not work with 5.1 audio which renders them less than ideal. They also struggle to connect with the transmitter at times. Turning the transmitter off and on again seems to work but it’s annoying waiting several minutes for the headphones to pick the unobstructed signal up from three feet away.
