Title: Updated from a 2-star review: Good headphones, Great Customer Service!
Review: Update:After speaking with customer service, they made things right. I have a new headset coming my way and I am sure the battery will live up to the advertised claims. I am hard on companies that sell products and don’t stand behind them or the product doesn’t perform as advertised. This is not one of those instances. This company definitely stood behind their product! I originally rated 2 stars due to my headset and the battery life (I think I just got a bad battery or something). With the communication provided by their customer service team and the determination to make it right, I am raising my rating to 5 stars. This is not 5 stars for the product itself. I would rate these headphones at a solid 4, but the fact that customer service cares about their customers, they have my loyalty for life.Bluetooth mode update: I originally had these in Dongle mode, not Bluetooth. The Bluetooth mode worked great but I did notice my mute button did not work in Bluetooth mode. Again, I may have just got a headphone set that was destined to fail. Hopefully my new set will work flawlessly. Based on other reviewers, I feel good about it.Original:Everything about this headset is good, not great, but good except the battery life. This thing dies fast! Maybe I got a faulty battery or something, but there is no way this thing lasts 40 hours with the light effect turned off, much less the 100 hours they advertise. I could charge it every day, or every other day, but I shouldn’t have to. This should last a minimum of 4.5 days of use based on the manufacture’s specs.I purchased this to use as my headset for work. I run a call center and use the headset and mic for 8.5 hours a day. I turn it on at 8am and turn it off at 4:30pm. (I usually turn the headset off for my 30-minute lunch.) I make sure the light effect is turned off to conserve power as I didn’t really need this anyway. The battery only lasts about 3.5 days. That is only 29ish give or take hours of run time before the headset says, “Battery Low”. Maybe the seller will send me a new one without a bad battery, but for now, the 2-star rating stands as I can’t make it through the whole week using this set.The microphone is nice and clear with no echo. This was a huge thing for me since I am on calls all day. The only downside to the microphone is there is no noise canceling. The microphone will pick up every noise in your room. I have a foot massager at my desk, and I am told it sounds like I am in a machine factory when I have it on during a call.The audio is clear and sounds great for my calls. When listening to music, I would give it a 6.5 on a scale of 10. The volume is a bit limited. I feel like for what these are, they could be louder. The sound is crisp and does not distort, even when turned all the way up. I find the bass to be lacking though. You can hear it, but it should be much deeper considering they call this product 7.1 surround sound headphones. I would be slightly disappointed in the bass quality if I purchased these for FPS games. I do feel like you may be able to hear the enemy directionally with these though, given they claim 7.1.I have no doubt this would work just fine for gaming, but that is not what I purchased it for.Comfort level is obviously a big deal when you wear these for extended periods of time. The cushion on the top of the headset that rests on your head could be better if filled with some type of gel. There is a bit of foam, but after a few hours, it starts to hurt and I have to adjust it and move it to a new spot on my head. The earmuffs are absolutely awesome though! I can’t even tell they are on. They do not block out any outside noise though, so don’t expect a quiet experience if you have background noise in the room. It muffles it, but only due to covering your ears.The Bluetooth works great for what I need! I needed to be able to get up from my desk and walk around it without being attached with a short cord. It does not work at far ranges though. I tried to walk into my kitchen and the audio and mic cut out at about 10-15 feet. I does not disconnect until I reach my bedroom which is about 50-70 feet but then reconnects when I get closer to the computer. Again, there is no audio after about 10-15 feet though, so I’m not sure what the use of it being connect further away is.One last thing to mention is these are BIG! I mean that in the sense of the earmuffs are really quite large and heavy. That probably leads to the discomfort after extended periods or use.I will update this rating if the manufacturer issues a new headset with a better battery life as that is the whole reason I rated this 2-stars. It is very frustrating to purchase something and it not work for the specific purpose you needed. In my case a battery that would last all week.

Title: Amazing sound quality, but basic microphone.
Review: In general the ideas that come to mind after buying this headset for only 20~$ were poor quality, connectivity, etc. However, this is the complete opposite. High quality ear covers, 7.1 surround sound automatically utilized without any obnoxious required software. Plug and play. 8~ hour battery life yet can easily be plugged in while playing with a long usb-c cable. Microphone is basic, clear sound but poor quality in general, yet it competes with other 50$ headsets. And most importantly all these features in this 25$ headset feels like a 70$ headset with just a small difference in the microphone in comparison. In summary, For its price, it’s a 100% must get for casual or beginner gamers, or even serious gamers if you can get an external microphone.

Title: Wireless Freedom Without the Wallet Pain
Review: I grabbed these looking for a budget-friendly alternative to my wired Razer headset, and honestly, I’m impressed. The wireless range hits around 25–30 feet whether I’m on the dongle or Bluetooth, which is more than enough for PC use. Sound quality is solid for music and gaming, there’s the occasional bit of static, but nothing deal-breaking at this price.Comfort-wise, the fit adjustments are limited, but they’re still comfortable for longer sessions. The design was a surprise bonus: glowing red rings on the earcups and RGB accents on the mic. Definitely not something I’d wear down the street unless I wanted stares, but cool for home use. Mic quality was great according to my online chats I had too.They’re a little bulky, but considering the price, performance, and flashy extras, these are a steal compared to name-brand headsets that cost five times more. For anyone tired of cords and looking for value, this is an easy recommendation.

Title: Genesys VOIP performance is so good
Review: I had these rushed to me because my headset for work broke unexpectedly. I use the Genesys VOIP client for work and the program does not give a whole lot of control on things like outgoing volume and such. Usually it picks up my voice at a low volume and people have a hard time hearing me. I was looking for a headset that had a longer microphone that could get close to my mouth for better reception.These weren’t my first pick, but they were able to be delivered fast enough, so I decided to gamble. With help of a friend, I foudn that the USB dongle provides an extremely good connection.I wouldn’t say my words are the most clear, but they are LOUD. People can hear me clearly and that is far more important to me. I’m cool with repeating a few things as long as you can hear me. The bluetooth function works and all, but for my particular situation, it was just too quiet to be heard well. It will do the job, but not as well as the dongle.I only just got them, so long-term use and reliability has yet to be seen, but no one really reviews these types of products with their performance using enterprise VOIP clients outside of microsoft teams or Zoom. For you, the person that needs to know if it’s good with other programs, this is a good buy. Price is good, performance is good, comfort is good. The only downside would be the ear cups rubbing on my glasses making a bit of a noise, but the microphone performance with the USB dongle outweighs that negative.My voice is a little bassy and somewhat quiet, so most microphones have a hard time picking me up clearly. Therefore, the microphone is always more important to me. If you find yourself in a similar boat, get these. Absolutely worth the price, even if they break in a few months. At the very least, they are a good backup option if your normal set dies.
