Title: Poor Quality
Review: Poor quality. Excited about my new job offer so I immediately went on here and ordered some home office supplies, including this headset. Started my new remote job 11/3. Microphone already no longer working, charge isn’t great. When it was in tact, all the incoming callers stated that I sounded distorted or like I was in a tunnel. So embarrassing… 😞 Should’ve waited closer to my start date to order stuff I suppose, too late to return for a refund now. Money wasted, I recommend you don’t make the same mistake.

Title: Works well, good battery, easy set-up.
Review: Very easy to set up and connect to laptop. Holds charge super well – I charge it for an hour or so every day, but I don’t think I have to – it never ran out of power and I use it all day every day. It’s not heavy, and it’s great for noise canceling. The sound quality is very good. My only issue with it is that sometimes the people on the other end don’t hear me well enough. I sometimes have to crank up the volume just to be heard, because there is no separate adjustment for the microphone.

Title: Not noise canceling
Review: It works but I got it purposely because it says Mic is noise canceling and I was told you can still hear the noise in my background which sucks. I wish I knew how to contact the seller to get help maybe I am doing something wrong but I was able to connect via bluetooth and with the dongle and it is still the same problem. Also I’m not sure if I just have a big head but after a while of wearing them my ears start hurting which can get uncomfortable.UPDATE:I have been using it for work for a week and a half to give it another shot, it does hurt my ears after a long time which could get uncomfortable, but I do like that the battery life does last a long time I do enjoy that because sometimes I do forget to charge my stuff. The headphones are very easy to connect to my phone and computer which is also very satisfying and makes my life easy. Customer service did get in contact with me and they were very nice to work with. Because of this experience I went up to one more star. Still not sure how the background noise cancelation works but as long as I have a working headset I will just continue to mute myself when necessary, luckily my job is not too big on background noise since they understand themselves how life with a child & dogs is.
