I want to connect wireless headphones to my computer. How do I set up the audio?

When the wireless headset with mic is paired with the computer, please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure (LEVN LE-HS013 Superior) is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone)

Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?

If the wireless headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB on the headset to answer/hang up the call; if the headset is connected to a computer, you need to click the MFB on the computer to answer/hang up the call.

I am working from home now. Can this wireless headset with microphone effectively eliminate the noise from my family?

Of course, our wireless headset can effectively eliminate unwanted background noise (family screaming and crying, dogs barking…); however, the voice of the family speaking at a normal volume is not environmental noise and cannot be filtered out

How do I charge the headset?

This Bluetooth headset comes with an elegant desktop charging dock for a convenient charging and storage solution. You can also use a Type-C Charging cable to charge it. The charging base has a slot for a USB dongle. Don’t worry about losing the USB

What should I do if the device connection fails?

First, in on status, long-press Volume”-” and MFB for 5 seconds to clear the pair record. The light is solid purple for 1 second, which means the pair record has been deleted. Then press and hold the multi-function button for 10s to reset and restart

Title: A Truly great and comfortable headset
Review: This is a GREAT headset! Aside from being super lightweight, the earcups are padded perfectly, and you completely forget you’re wearing it. It’s great for working as it has AI noise cancellation in the earphones, cancelling out the background noise, but the mic also has AI noise cancellation so the person you’re talking to doesn’t hear any of your background noise either. It’s got a charging dock, or can charge directly from a USB C cable, and can connect to any device via Bluetooth or has a USB dongle to plug into your computer it can connect to and you can use it with Zoom, Teams, and other conferencing apps. The sound quality is amazing, to the point that I use them to listen to music as well, the bass is deep and rumbly, and the treble is sharp and clear, with the mid range being spot on. The battery lasts me about a week and a half using it for 8 hours a day. It turns on rapidly with a switch instead of needing to hold down a power button and wait for it to power on and connect, meaning you have time to get it out, turn it on, and connect all before answering your call, before it stops ringing. The microphone rotates about 270 degrees so you can use it on either side, and it has all the necessary buttons like volume + / -, a multi function button to start or stop your music, or make or end a call, and even a mute button. The is a great bang for your buck!
